Ashley Weir
Chief Financial Officer
Ashley joined Concord Properties, Inc. in December 2006. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Controller of Mangan & McColl Partners LLC, a Charlotte based, event-driven hedge fund. Ashley previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Tax group and for Bank of America Corporation as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Tax Department. Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1994, and a Master in Accounting from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1997.

Lillie joined Concord Properties, Inc. in July 2016. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Construction Administrator for Belk Department Stores. Lillie previously worked for P/N Construction Consulting as a Construction Administrator/Office Manager and for Eckerd Drug Stores as a Real Estate/Construction Administrative Assistant.
