We bring the right tenants to the site and structure terms that hold up over the length of the lease.
Property Management
Once a centre is open, the work shifts to keeping it that way — maintenance, vendors, tenant relations and the day-to-day that protects the asset.
Construction Management
We manage delivery from groundbreaking to turnover: contractor selection, schedule, budget and the site oversight that keeps the two aligned.
