Leadership
President
Jeff founded Concord Properties in 1987 in Atlanta, GA. He currently acts as the President and Managing Director of the company. Jeff graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1983 with a BA in Economics. He is a native of Concord, North Carolina.

Chief Financial Officer
Ashley joined Concord Properties, Inc. in December 2006. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Controller of Mangan & McColl Partners LLC, a Charlotte based, event-driven hedge fund. Ashley previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Tax group and for Bank of America Corporation as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Tax Department. Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1994, and a Master in Accounting from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1997. She currently lives in Portsmouth, NH with her husband and two children.

Office Manager
Lillie joined Concord Properties, Inc. in July 2016. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Construction Administrator for Belk Department Stores. Lillie previously worked for P/N Construction Consulting as a Construction Administrator/Office Manager and for Eckerd Drug Stores as a Real Estate/Construction Administrative Assistant.
