For more than two decades, Concord Properties has developed retail across the Southeast and Central United States — quietly, exactingly, and with the same team accountable from the first feasibility study to the day the doors open.

Concord Properties was founded in Charlotte on a simple conviction: a retail center succeeds or fails long before the first lease is signed, in the rigor of the site chosen and the discipline of how it is built. We brought the full lifecycle of retail development under one roof so that nothing falls through the seams between consultants.

From a single Charlotte office, we have developed retail across the Southeast and Central United States — grocery-anchored centers, power centers, junior-box and mixed retail. The footprint has grown; the standard has not moved. The same dedicated team that selects the site stays with the project through entitlement, construction, leasing, and the operating life of the asset.

We measure ourselves by the centers that are still anchoring their markets a decade later — not by how many we started.
